Questions
Where do I find my invitation code?+
Open Refer & Earn in the Strakly sidebar and press Create invitation. Every invitation gets a new code and a link you can share on WhatsApp.
How long is an invitation valid?+
7 days, and for one gym. Create a new invitation for every gym you invite.
When do I get the free months?+
As soon as the new gym has been active on 15 days. Until then you can follow its progress in Refer & Earn, and the months are shown as pending on your subscription page.
Can my staff invite gyms too?+
Yes. Owners and staff can create invitations. The free months always go to your gym's plan.
The gym forgot to enter my code. Is it lost?+
No. If they open your invitation link, the code is filled in for them. If they still miss it, the gym owner can add it within 7 days of signing up, while the invitation is still valid.
